Talley, Joseph Obie

MARSHALL -- Services for Joseph Obie "Joe" Talley, 85, of 
Marshall, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2006, at 
Downs Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Center 
Cemetery of Harleton, under the auspices of Marshall 
Masonic Lodge No. 22. Mr. Talley died December 27, 2006, 
in Longview. Born April 24, 1921, in Burkeville, he was a 
U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, co-owner of Talley Auto 
Service, and member of Marshall Masonic Lodge No. 22. 
Survivors include his wife, Naomi "Sally" Talley; son, 
Joseph Charles Talley; daughters, JoAnn Selz and Jeanette 
Murray; brother, Robert E. Talley; and sister, Mary Alma 
Redmon. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral
