Weber, Luther George

MARSHALL -- Services for Luther George Weber, 94, of 
Marshall, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2007, 
in the chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Father John 
Himes officiating. Burial will follow in Algoma Cemetery 
South. Mr. Weber died January 27, 2007, in Tyler. Born 
November 12, 1912, in New Orleans, La., he worked as a 
diesel supervisor for the Texas Pacific Railroad for 46 
years and was an auxiliary volunteer at Marshall Memorial 
Hospital. Survivors include his daughter, Mary Finlayson. 
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. today, January 29, 2007, at 
the funeral home.
