MARSHALL -- Services for Paul Samuel Wood will be 10 a.m. 
Monday, July 24, 2006, at First United Methodist Church, 
with the Rev. Joel McMahan officiating. Burial will be in 
Scottsville Cemetery. Arrangements are by Downs Funeral 
Home. Born May 6, 1946, he was a stockbroker with Morgan 
Stanley in San Francisco, Calif., and vice president and 
director of First National Bank in Center. Survivors 
include his sister, Mary Constance Wood; and brothers, 
Edmund R. Wood and Scott K. Wood. Online sympathies may
