Woods Jr., James "Jimmy"

MARSHALL - Services for James "Jimmy" Woods Jr., 54, of Marshall, will be at 
3 p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2007, at Downs Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother 
Billy Truehitt and Brother Scott Beesinger officiating. Interment will follow 
in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Woods died March 21, 2007.

Born September 3, 1952, in Marshall, he was a U.S. Army veteran, owner of 
Jimmy Woods Concrete and an active member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. 
Survivors include his wife, Ginger; daughters, Angie Simmons, Crystal Ogle 
and Schyla Slade; sons, Mitchell Woods, Michael Woods and Toby Brannon; mother, 
Melba Davis; sister, Gloria Whitefield; and brother, Chuck Woods. Visitation 
will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007, at the funeral home.
