Green - Arey Exchange Vows

Miss LaDonna Lynn Green and Anthony Glenn Arey, both of Fort Worth, were married in a formal double ring ceremony at 5:30 PM on Saturday, August 14, 1985, in the Robert Carr Chapel on the Texas Christian University campus. Dr. Granville Walker officiated. A reception followed the ceremony at Indian Creek Condominiums.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Walta Green of Paris and David R. Green of Texoma, Oklahoma. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Walter Treadway and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Green, all of Paris. She is a 1978 graduate of Paris High School, a 1980 graduate of Paris Junior College, and a 1983 graduate of East Texas State University with a degree in finance. At ESTU, she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity Little Sisters. She was chosen for the Pi Kappa Dream Girl Calendar in 1981 - 1982 and 1982 - 1983 and was chosen for the 1982 Pi Kappa Alpha Dream Girl Court. She is employed at River Plaza National Bank in Fort Worth as administrative assistant and loan assistant.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Geral DeWitt of Rockwall. He is the grandson of Mrs. Dora Taylor of Celeste and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Arey of Greenville. He is a 1979 graduate of Garland High School and attended school in Celeste prior to moving to the Metroplex and a 1982 graduate of East Texas State University with a degree in industrial technology. He was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is employed at Select Metals Processing, Inc., in Fort Worth.
