COMMERCE — Daniel H. Webster, 76, of Denton, previously of Lubbock, died June 6, 2006, at Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Denton. Graveside services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Rosemound Cemetery in Commerce. Visitation is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home. He was born Oct. 15, 1929, in Indianapolis, Ind. Dan served his country in the Korean Conflict by serving in the U.S. Navy. Survivors are two daughters, Ruth Evans of Denton and Nancy Allison of Spokane, Wash., and four grandchildren, Jason Evans, Wyndi Allison, Randi Brooke Evans and Austin Allison. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hayes and Ruth Waller Webster, and a brother, John Webster. The family suggests memorial donations may be made to a veterans group of choice.
