WILLISTON, S.C. — Services for George William Norris, 69, will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston with Masonic Rites Accorded. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Williston Cemetery. Norris died Saturday, March 10, 2007.
Born in Greenville, Texas he was a son of Louise Perkins Bailey and the late Ruby George Norris. He retired from the Bechtel Corp. at S.R.S., was in the local 470 operating engineers of Aiken and was a member of Hope Masonic Lodge No. 126, Williston.
Survivors include his mother of Texas; wife, Nevi Norris; step-children, Jennifer & Jon Orndorff, Todd Nessel, Craig & Nicole Nessel, Neil Nessel, Kerry Nessel, Kent & Leandra Nessel; son, James & Cindy Virgin; and 15 grandchildren.
