QUINLAN — Mrs. Grace Oleta Mayse Reagan, 78, of Quinlan passed away and found her well deserved rest on July 22, 2006. Funeral services and a celebration of her life are at 2 p.m. today at Goggans Funeral Home in Quinlan. Burial follows at the I.O.O.F. (Odd Fellows) Cemetery in Quinlan. Grace Mayse was born Dec. 25, 1927, in Mineola (Wood County), daughter of the late Jim and Ina Miller Mayse. She was raised in the Boles area but was a lifetime resident of Quinlan. She was married to (L.O.) Obert Reagan on June 12, 1943, in Greenville; he preceded her in death in 1982. Mrs. Reagan worked as a cafeteria manager for the Quinlan Independent School District for 28 years until her retirement in 2002. She enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. She loved sewing and babysitting and did so for numerous people in town. She loved making crafts and won second place for her dolls and rabbit at the 2006 Hunt County Fair. Mrs. Reagan attended Christ Memorial Baptist Church in Quinlan and loved participating in her Sunday school outings. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Roach and Martha Miller; two daughters, Brenda Erwin and Rachel Stokes; a grandson, Jeff Stokes; and three sons-in-law, Jerry Crutcher, Jackie Stokes and Rickey Mauldin. She will be missed by her daughters, Linda and husband Jim Hayes of Kaufman and Freida and husband Mike Parker of Greenville; a son, Timmy and wife Dana Reagan of Plano; 11 grandchildren, Gerald Crutcher, Sherry Perkins, Donny Crutcher, Tonya Gayer, Tammy Acker, Trent Erwin, Michael Maulden, James Hayes Jr., Amber Reagan, Jordan Reagan and Ethan Parker; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sybil Williams, Jean Ryles and Bonnie Frazier; brothers-in-law Eddie Frazier and Wilson Miller and a host of other family and friends. Grandsons are pallbearers.
