Isabell Guajardo Vega, 40, died July 30, 2006, in Harlingen. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Peters Funeral Home chapel with interment following at Memoryland Memorial Park. A rosary is scheduled at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Vega was born Oct. 23, 1965, in Slaton to Isabel Torres and Pedro Guajardo. On July 30, 1984, she married Migel Vega in Greenville. She was employed as a food service manager. Mrs. Vega was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Winnsboro and was very active in church work. Survivors include her husband Migel of Winnsboro; her mother of Greenville; a daughter, Mindy Vega of Okinawa, Japan; three sons, Michael Vega, Anthony Vega, and Christopher Vega all of Winnsboro; three brothers, Nabor Guajardo of Abilene, Pedro Guajardo Jr. of Greenville, and Juan Baldenegro of Greenville; six sisters, Anita Laisure, Janie Morquecho, and Hope Bowers of Greenville, Mary Melendez of Fate, and Yolanda Rios and Lupe Vega of Winnsboro; and several nieces and nephew. Her father; her brother, Jose Guajardo; and her nephew, Juan Baldenegro Jr., preceded her in death. Valerio Rios, Jose Vega, Alex Morquecho, David Laisure, George Melendez, and Ben Bowers will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Juan Baldenegro and Pedro Guajardo Jr.
