James William Rudd

Funeral services for James William Rudd, age 15, who passed away Wednesday evening after a lingering illness, will be held at 2:30 PM, August 7, 1931, from the home, 2838 Gillespie Street, conducted by the Rev. A. W. Reaves, pastor, of the First Baptist Church and the Rev. Joseph Pearce, pastor of the __ Street Baptist Church.

Active pallbearers will be first cousins of the deceased: Buck __ , __ Sheltman, John Singleton, and Richard Singleton.

Interment will be at Webb Hill Cemetery.

Surviving the child are his mother, Mrs. Alice Mount; two sisters, Oneta Rudd and Mary Jo Rudd; three brothers, J. C. Rudd, R. G Rudd, and Junior Rudd; grandmothers, Mrs. C. C. Rudd of Greenville and Mrs. E. E. Roberts of Los Angeles, California; aunts and uncles, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Rudd of Celeste; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rudd of Cash, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Rudd of Cash, Mr. Mervin Rudd of Celeste, Miss __ Rudd of Cash, Mr. and Mrs. __ of Terrell, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hughes of Greenville; Mr. and Mrs. Wallace of Meadowview, Mr. and Mrs. Newt Robert of Dallas, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Roberts of Los Angeles, California, Mr. and Mrs. __ Roberts of Dallas, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Haney of Peniel, Mr. and Mrs. W. T.
