COMMERCE — Lonnie Dean Rucker, 47, of Commerce died Feb. 12, 2007, at Presbyterian Hospital of Commerce. Graveside services are at 10 a.m. today at Rosemound Cemetery under the direction of Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home. Rev. Roy Lee Dittmar will officiate.
The son of Vonnie and Odessa Shaw Rucker, he was born Sept. 23, 1959, in Commerce.
Mr. Rucker was a mechanic. He enjoyed playing pool and working on cars.
Survivors are his mother and stepfather, Odessa and Windell Bangs of Commerce, and a daughter, Michelle Rucker of Georgia.
His father preceded him in death.
