Mary Anne Preston, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died April 30, 2007. Funeral services are at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Kenny Stone officiating. Burial is in English Cemetery in Avery at 4:30 p.m. following the service.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

The daughter of William Erie and Una Vee Grant, she was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Clarksville, the oldest of three daughters. She was a member of the Fellowship Class at Family Fellowship Church.

Surviving are her children Linda Willis and husband Carroll of Sulphur Springs, Leigh Anne Gates and husband Morris of Burleson, Joe Preston and wife Becky of Keller, William Preston and wife Anita of Keller, and Mary Anderson and husband Jack of Caddo Mills; grandchildren Tony Gates, Traci Kisamore, Tammy Gates, Dale Cameron, Crystal Preston, Douglas Cameron, Bryan Preston, Joe B. Preston, Haylee Anderson, Kristin Newell, Trey Preston and Aubrey Newell; great-grandchildren Kaden Gates, Ty Wilkins, Carmin Sperry, Landon Gates and Slade Preston; and two sisters, Sarah Francis and husband Jim of Mount Vernon and Nina Jo Sherley and husband Rick of Granbury.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Pallbearers are Tony Gates, Dale Cameron, Douglas Cameron, Bryan Preston, Joe B. Preston and Kaden Gates.
