Thomas Ramirez
Funeral services were scheduled for Thursday morning at Caddo Mills for Thomas Ramirez, 71, who died at his home in Celeste on Sunday morning, July 20, 1952. James-Coker-Peters Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Ramirez was a retired employee of the Santa Fe Railroad. He was born in San Jose, Mexico on September 22, 1880, and was a member of the Catholic Church at Caddo Mills.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Benito Ramirez; four sons, Martin Ramirez and Frank Ramirez of Celeste, Joe Ramirez of Dallas, and Vincent Ramirez who is serving with the US Army; and four daughters, Mary Ramirez, Sue Ramirez, and Delores Ramirez of Celeste and Marcelina Rodriguez, RR 2, Greenville.
