Mrs. Sarah Shields

SHIELDS - Greenville, Texas. May 28. - Mrs. S. J. Shields, widow of A.
O. Shields, died at the home of her son, Morton Shields, at this place.
Mrs. Shields was born Nov. 6, 1859, at Kingston, about ten miles north
of Greenville, and had lived in this county continuously. She is
survived by three sons, Walter Shields of Houston, Belmont Shields of
Leesville, La., and Morton Shields of Greenville; four brothers, J. Riley
Green of Wolfe City, M. E. Green, Greenville; Gilbert Green, Peniel; H. A.
Green, Bethany, Ok., and one sister, Mrs. J. J. Green of Greenville.
