Thomas Raymond Yeager, 61, of Greenville died Jan. 22, 2007, at his residence. A memorial service is scheduled at 6 p.m. Thursday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Joe Knight officiating.
Born Jan. 17, 1946, in Sycamore, Ill., he was the son of Wesley Norman and Georgina Bennett Yeager.
Mr. Yeager served in the U.S. Navy. He was a systems engineer at L-3 Communications for 21 years.
Surviving are his mother of Sycamore, Ill.; three daughters, Kim Yeager of Mesquite, Jennifer Williams of Palatine, Ill., and Bianna Yeager; stepsons Doug Talmage of Greenville and Jeff Talmage of Pottsboro; brothers Jerre Yeager of Sycamore, Ill., and Rick Yeager of O’Fallon, Ill.; grandchildren Madison Talmage, Jackson Talmage, Zachary Talmage, Jacob Herrera, Joseph Herrera, Jack Williams, Alyssa Williams and Caitlin Williams; and nieces Lauren Yeager and Lisa Schumacher.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Pattie Ann Yeager.
