CADDO MILLS — Vera Pauline “Mudd” Morgan, 79, of Caddo Mills died June 19, 2006, at her residence. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Thursday at Rentfrow Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jerry Stout officiating. Burial will be at Dry Creek Cemetery. Born Sept. 25, 1926, in Hugo, Okla., she was the daughter of Jasper Riley Waits and Nicy Ramsey. She was married to Walt T. Bishop on Nov. 18,1944, in Greenville. She was a homemaker. Survivors are a son, Randy T. Bishop of Chico; daughters Paula Fay Rosenbalm, Gay Nell Cano and Jo Ann Coe, all of Caddo Mills; a sister, Rita Ray Taylor of Palmer; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Jimmy Dean Bishop; two brothers, Johnny and TJ Waits; sisters Opal Tucker, Bonnie Fay Bussey, Roxy Stevens and Earline Pitman. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
