Gene L. Webb, 77, of Burnsville, Minn., formerly of Greenville, died peacefully June 2, 2008.He is survived by children Steven, Laurie (Steve) Lindgren, Randall, Lynn Brandt (Ed) and Douglas (Kathy); the mother of his children, Janet; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Jerome (Doris), William and Irwin (Christine); longtime companion Joyce Staley; nephews and many friends.Gene was very proud of his three brothers who loved him and willl miss him dearly. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and loved performing on stage and in real life. Gene was passionate about his chlldren, grandchildren, Joyce, making people laugh and telling stories.Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Friday in the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary in Apple Valley, Minn.
