Lola Mae Wilcox
Lola Mae Wilcox, 94, of Greenville died the night of June 7, 2008, in Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Sunday at Evergreen Cemetery in Percilla in Anderson County, under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.She was born March 11, 1914, in Grapeland. On March 28,1928, she was married to James Franklin Wilcox Sr. in Grapeland. Mrs. Wilcox was a homemaker and a Baptist.Surviving are a son, Roy H. Wilcox of Greenville; two daughters, Eula May Stark of Caddo Mills and Bobbie Griffith of Celeste; two brothers, Walter Miles of Tyler and Howard Miles of Corpus Christi; 31 grandchildren; 50-plus great-grandchildren and 100-plus great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and five children, James Wilcox, Wayne Wilcox, Nora Whitley, Jody Wilcox and Bill Wilcox.
