Kines (husband) of Kaufman, TX R#5 Certificate was filed December 15, 1936 by S. Kirkland, Registrar Note:  Annie Kines was born to ?  and Ervine Pendergrass.  She married Cullin P. Banks on October 28, 1897 in Tyler, Smith Co., TX.  After his death, March 15, 1910, she married Jim S. Kines, February 4, 1911.  She and Cullin Banks had the following children:  Winnie Mabel, Prince (Thelbert), Bill (Archie Roland), and three that did not live.  She and Jim Kines had the following children:  Johnnie Airs, W.A. (Bud), Jewel (Polly), Sally Jane, Jimmy, Fletcher.
