CHAPMAN HOUSE
Hwy. 46 E of Boerne

HISTORY: This is an old rock house which has been remodelled with addition. Its early owners are not known, but it was built about 1890. General Thomas H. Chapman and his wife lived here in the mid twentieth century. On December 2, 1982 the house burned to the ground. The ranch was named "Hold 'Em Ranch"
