Built ON oUTLOT 55 aBSTRACT 298 by Leroy Leschper for his feed store business. (Leschper later built the strip center behind this building.) For a while the building was vacant, then opened as an office building. For while Elmer Bergmann changed the use of the building to a bar, then it sold to Paul Pfeiffer Family. Eventually, the building housed the Community Theater which remains there today in December, 2020. Source: Cathy Schwarz
