DESCRIPTION: Large one-story commercial building with flat roof; windows 6X6. Originally with two garage doors, now converted to one garage door and small entrance door. Windows converted to one show window.
HISTORY: Rudolph Theis owned the garage supporting the change from buggy's to automobiles. Later Bill Hugman repaired automobiles here for many years.
