HISTORY: Built by Ludwig Phillip, a master carpenter and rock mason. He also built St. Helena's Church.
In the 1950's the home was purchased by the Gordon Hollon's. They remodelled extensively and made
additions to the original home. Arno Harz was the principal builder doing this remodelling.
In 2004 the property was sold to Harry and Robin Lees. In 2015 Jim and Kimberly purchased the property
and in 2016 it was sold to Scott and Dee Ann Wilson. Each time it sold it was remodelled extensively.
