HISTORY: Alma (Habenicht) Pfeiffer, the widow of Louis Pfeiffer, bought the house from Elmer Watts and lived here until her death in the 1970's. McQuinn Building Materials was located directly west of the house. They purchased the property to expand their access. The house was moved to Bulverde.
