HISTORY: According to current information (2009) the original fechwork house was built in 1850. A 14 inch thick limestone wall addition was built in 1895. This date was carved in stone header above a window. A family named Minnarich lived here. (Note: the family name was most likely, Minnich, not Minnarich)
