Original survey by Billie Douthitt, Feb 1966.
Note: The Cemetery is overgrown and it was impossible to tell if there
were unmarked graves. Fannie Cozart is the wife of Capt. Wm. D.
Carrington, who fought in the battles of Mansfield, Pleasant Hill, Yellow Bayou,
and Brashear City, La.Researched by James Nash, Sept 1980. All Graves
listed were found. Some markers have been moved so that exact location is
uncertain. There are many large markers containing much verse. Many
are broken. The cemetery has been cleaned since 1966 and is in the process
of regrowing, partially recleaned recently.
Roddy & Jackie Waites cleaned and straightened all the monuments in this
cemetery and surveyed it in 1995. They presented a nice history of this
cemetery to the Leon County Genealogical Society.
In 1995 the family members placed a cenotaph, or monument for those buried
elsewhere for the following people:
BULLOCK, Allen Cunigan died
1866 age 64
BULLOCK, Letticia Bradley died 1861 age 52

BULLOCK, Aaron
