From Centerville take Highway 7 and go east 6.50 miles to FM 811. Turn right on FM 811 and go 5.3 miles to CR 124. Take a left on CR 124 and go 0.60 miles to CR 122. Take a left on CR 122 and go 3.3 miles to PR 1370. Take a right on PR 1370 and go 0.30 miles. The grave site will be to the right about 100 feet in the pasture. It is fenced and looks to be well kept.

Gaines, May 8, 2008 who also writes:
"When Christian died in 1890, he specifically ordered,
from his death bed, that he wanted to be buried "in that peach orchard" beside
his new home. So the Volz Cemetery contains only one grave, that of
Christian. It is located on land owned by and is maintained by Glen &
Carmen (Matheny) Gaines. It is surrounded by a wrought-iron fence that
Carmen's parents erected in 1988, and it includes the old metal replacement
marker (ordered by Zilphia, due to incorrect name of Conrad) which Glen and his
son found buried in the dirt near it in the 1970's."
