The certificate was issued in Leon County, where I believe she was born, and was mailed to a Mrs. Henry Ratliff in Rogers, Bell County (I have the mailing envelop). Her brother, Herod Wear, is listed on the same line as Leon County on the certificate. She Lived in Belton and Rogers, Bell County, and died in Cameron County
