Rawls Cemetery

Original survey by Ray Walter

Directions to cemetery submitted by LaDonna Collett:
From Highway 164 turn north on LCR 390.The cemetery is located on the left just after the junction with LCR 384. The cemetery can be seen from the road and is located on private property.

No one can remember the name of this cemetery. Being in the area of Willow Springs some have called it the Old Willow Springs Cemetery.

Others have called it the Old Horn Hill Cemetery. For convenience the name Rawls has been put at the top of the list. It was located in the vicinity of old Horn Hill on land known as the Thetford place. When this was read Mr. Thetford lived across the road and visiting him, I learned that many graves were in this burial plot but only the Rawls graves are still marked.
