Before me W. P. Brown, Clerk of the County Court in and for Limestone County Texas, on this day personally appeared Samuel Forje Known to me to be ther person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledge to me that he executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.

Warrenty Deed with Single Acknowldgement

The State of Texas,

County of Limestone

Know all men by these presents: That I Samuel Forge of the county of Limestone and state aforesaid, for and in consideration of the natural love and affection I love for my daughter-in-law Sarah Forge and her four children named Louetta Forge, Elijah Forge, Helen Forge and John Forge, the same being my grandchildren, have granted, sold and conveyed and by these presence do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said Sarah Forge, Louetta Forge, Elijah Forge, Helen Forge and John Forge, all of the County of Limestone and State of Texas, all that certain tract or parcel of land described in said county and described as follows being a partions of the land conveyed to me by William Sikes and wife Jane Sikes on the 15th day of December 1873, the said conveyance being of record in deed record of said Limestone County on pages 278 & 279 Volume No 4, and more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the N.E. corner of said purchase from Sikes & wife on the line of the Bankhelen? place, ? S60W 75 Veras Range? S30 E 150 Veras Range? N60 E 75 Veras to the East line of said tract Range N 30 W with said line 15 0 Versas to the beginning ? ? acres of land.

To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the siad Sarah Forge, Louetta Forge, Elijah Forge, Helen Forge and John Forge their heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby bind myself heirs, executors and administrators, to Warrant and Forever Defend all singular the said premises, unto the said Sarah Forge, Louetta Forge, Elijah Forge, Helen Forge, anmd John Forge heirs and assigns , against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part therof.
