Hello: I am searching for my EDWARDS ancestors. I have found my G. Grandfather listed in the 1870 census as B C K Edwards from Eutaw, Limestone County, Texas. My grandmother Martha Ella (Eller ?) Edwards Jernigan is not listed on the members list. The other children listed I know to be her brothers and sister. I find her listed as the sister of Reason Edwards in the 1910 census from Edwards County, Texas. My grandfather, Benjamin Henry Jernigan and my mother, Callie (Cattie?) N. Jernigan, are also listed on this listing along with my mother's sister and brother along with her half sister.
Listed on the Limestone census is a Callie D. Edwards which was my grandmother's sister ( married a Henry Baker in Texas) . Her birth date seems to be the same as my Martha's.
What I am trying to find out is what happened to the Edwards family after the 1870 census. I would also like to find the correct given name of my G. grandfather. I find nothing on following census records for this family in Limestone county.
Any suggestions of where to go from here would be greatly appreciated. Mary Shellaby

Seth Franklin and Ada Jane (Crabb) Johnson had the following children, (all daughters):
Jessie W. Johnson married Luther Tip Bray also buried in Eutaw Cem.
Rosalee Johnson, Zula May Johnson, Frankie Johnson, Ada Evaline Johnson.
If anyone knows who the younger girls each married I would love to know.  Thanks  Patti G

I am looking for information about a woman named Reba FERRELL who lived in Limestone Co. (Mexia) from around 1907 to 1926.  She competed in beauty pageants around 1924 and 1925, but we haven't found her name in any of the Galveston or Mexia papers.  Does anyone know where we can find the info?  We know something about her later life but her early life is a mystery to us.  She gave birth to a daughter in 1926 and gave her up for adoption.  We only have a few pieces of that puzzle - the father was from Germany and was somehow connected to the pageants.  Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
