WILL - Sam Forge Sr.

The State of Texas,

Limestone County November 23rd. 1908

In the name of God Amen.

I, Sam Forge of Limestone County, Texas, being in good health, and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.

First: I direct that all of my just debts be paid if I leave any unpaid out of my estate.

Second: I give to each of my childred as follows;

To my daughter, Ellen Kelly nine acres of land out of my 47 acre tract, Beginnin at the N.E. corner of said tract running West to Longs place and arah Forge nine acres, Beginning at the N.E. corner of Ellen Kelly, running West, containing nine acres bound by Ellen Kelly on north running West to R. Rong; and to my daughter Eliza Forge nine acres, Beginning at N.E. Corner of Sarah Forge, running West to R. Long and bound by Sarah Forge on north and to my son, Sam Forge nine acres, Beginning at the N.E. corner of Eliza Forge, running West to R. Long and bound by Eliza Forge on north, and to my daughter, Harriet Phillips and her children, nine acres, Beginning at the N.E. Corner or Sam Forge running west to R. Long place and bond by Sam Forge on the north.

I constitute and appoint D. I. Rhodes, executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 23rd. day of November, 1906, in the presence of Charley Brown and D.I. Rhodes, who attest the same at my request.
