State vs. King
The State of Texas vs. James P. King - Manslaughter
No other information.
State vs. Robinson
The State of Texas vs. Jesse Robinson
Bail Bond for Appearance
"In this cause the Grand Jury having ___ [illegible] to find a true bill against the deft., and no affidavit having been made asking the defendant Robinson to be detained in custody, It is ordered by the Court that the said prosecution be dismissed and that the defendant Jesse Robinson & Archibald McNeill and Richard McFadden his securities go hence without day."
Williams vs. Williams
The Heirs of Richard Williams vs. E. Williams
The plaintiff, represented by his attorney, says that he will not further prosecute and the case is dismissed.
Hardy vs. Hardy
Edward Hardy vs. Lucy W. Hardy
Case No. 9 - Divorce
"This cause coming on to be heard Jury of the following good and lawful men were impaneled to wit: D.M. Davis, R.D. Dean, W. Bartlett, H. Waller, B. McFadden, J. Hinton, J.T. James, D. C. Shannon, who having heard the evidence the argument of counsel, retired and having considered the same brought in the following orders to wit: We the jury find that the defendant has been guilty of cruel treatment excess and outrages towards the Plaintiff and that living with her is unsupportable. Whereupon it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the bonds of Matrimony heretofore existing between Edward Hardy and Lucy W. Hardy be and the same are hereby dissolved And it is further ordered that the Plaintiff have and recover of the defendant all costs in this behalf expended for which execution may issue."
