Concerning the speculation as to the burials at the Yarbrough Bend Cemetery,
other suggested burials are for William C. Walker, Sarah Walker,
Frank Drake (brother of Mrs. Walker) is speculation that I
have seen previously and appears groundless. William Carroll Walker's
wives were both named Nancy (Emmons and Askins); Frank Drake's sister,
Sarah, did not marry a Walker (my gr. grandfather's family), but,
rather, married a Franklin (my great grandmother's family).
Some notes are appended.
