D. H. Quinn Dies
D. H. Quinn passed away at his home on Soda Street last Saturday at 6:30 p.m. from a lingering illness of heart trouble. Mr. Guinn had lived in Jefferson for many years and worked in the large saw mills, in later years he was the night watchman. The deceased was a member of the Catholic Knights and U.B.A. of Texas. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son; a sister, Mrs. Kegney of Kansas City was here to see him. The funeral was held Monday morning with services at the Catholic Church, with interment in the Catholic Cemetery.
