Linebaugh, 57, of Sweetwater will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2007, in the McCoy Chapel of Memories in Sweetwater with the Rev. Ward Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. The family will receive friends from 9-10 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2007, in the funeral home. Linda died in the Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, following a courageous battle with lung disease. She was born on Oct. 10, 1949, in Sweetwater. She was Baptist and lived in Sweetwater most of her life. She worked as an inspector for Walls Industries. Survivors include her father, Alvin Parish of Sweetwater; one brother, Allen Parrish and his wife, Pat, of Big Spring; one sister, Melissa Lewis and her husband, Brian, of Ranger; two sons, Richard Linebaugh and his wife, Lisa, and Ronny Linebaugh and his wife, Portia, all of Sweetwater; two daughters, Tyna Knowlton and her husband, Gaylon, of Big Spring, and Shelley Linebaugh of Tye; and seven grandchildren, Porscha and Paige Knowlton, Blake and Daniel Linebaugh, Whitney and Drake Gomez and Ryan Linebaugh. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Parrish, on Nov. 29, 2005; and one brother, Harold Parrish, on March 17, 2006. Pallbearers will be Drake Gomez, Blake Linebaugh, Ryan Linebaugh, Daniel Linebaugh, Colby Nix and Joe Daniel. Memorials may be made to the Hendrick Hospice Care, 1682 Hickory, Abilene, TX 79601.
