Woodrow Tucker, 80, of Roscoe, died Wednesday morning at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Roscoe Cemetery with the Rev. Erich Knippa officiating. Military rites will be carried out by the Nolan County Honor Guard. Burial is under the direction of Cate-Spencer and Trent Funeral Home.

Mr. Tucker was born Nov. 16, 1912, in Silverton, Texas. He married Iva Stewart in Nacogdoches on Nov. 14, 1963. He served in the U. S. Army and was retired from Sweetwater Cotton Oil Mill.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Frank Tucker.

He is survived by: his wife, Iva Tucker of Roscoe; four daughters, Maxine Skinner of Cleveland, Texas, LaNeil Bingham Hadcock of DeSoto, Zeta Gerhards of Clute, and Nadine Reynolds of Sweetwater; one son, Kenneth Scroggins of 
Houston; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
