“Granny” loved her family with all her heart and some of our greatest memories center around just being part of her life. Granny and Grandad never hesitated to load up all the grandchildren for a trip and a wonderful time was always in the plans. She will be terribly missed by her family and the innumerable number of people whose lives she has touched. We’re taking comfort in the fact that the gates of Heaven swung open wide for her and Grandad was waiting there with a cup of coffee and a smile. She is home. Services are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
