Martin Shiloh B, Cemetery, 5 Nov 1884,"This cemetery is located in the northeast quadrant of Red River County, Texas. GPS COORDINATES: Datum WGS84: 33 Deg 37.378N, 94 Deg 51.707W. The Martin Shiloh Cemetery is a black cemetery next to the English cemetery and located about 11 miles east of Clarksville off FM 114. At the intersection with CR 3300 turn right or south for 5/10 mile. At the entrance to Williams Chapel Church, glance to the right and the cemetery is about 1/10 mile straight ahead between the church and English Cemetery. No deed records have been found. The oldest marked grave was that of Manuel Giddens who was born and died on 5 Nov 1894. This cemetery was surveyed by Lawrence and Sue Dale on 20 Jan 1999. As of our visit on 30 Jan 2003 to take the GPS Coordinates there had been a major cleanup of the area and a lot of the brush removed. It looked good. We were on site on 2 May 2004 and did a complete rewalk of the cemetery adding all marker changes and new burials."
