"Pleasant Hill B Cemetery, 31 Dec 1931,"This cemetery is located in the southwest quadrant of Red River County, Texas. GPS COORDINATES: Datum WGS84: 33 Deg 31.897N, 95 Deg 05.492W. From the intersection of Hwy 82 and FM 909 in Clarksville, take FM 909 south 6.2 miles and the cemetery is on the right. This cemetery is located beside and behind Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A deed dated 3 Jul 1911 and filed for record on 4 Jul 1911 in Book CH Vol 69 Page 472 conveys 5 acres in the William Bruton survey from C. F. Wilson et ux to Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. The oldest marked burial is that of Leon Jackson who died on 31 Dec 1931. This cemetery was surveyed by Lawrence and Sue Dale on 20 Jan 1999. We visited the site again on 7 Dec 2003 and took the GPS readings. We also did a re walk of the cemetery adding new burials and noting marker changes."
