Service will be at 2 p.m. today in Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Chapel with burial in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
He was born June 18, 1933, in West Terre Haute, Ind. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in San Angelo and the Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Roach of Nocona; two daughters, Rena Harris and Carolyn Cooper, both of Rockwall; two sons, Wayne Smith of Garland and Rex Roach of West Terre Haute; a brother, Bill Roach of West Terre Haute; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
