Sanders, Bird E 7-4-1894 11-20-1964 Pvt Co A 20 BN US Guards WWI - Per Ronald Wade - Bird Esley Sanders, born in Texas the son of  James Monroe Sanders (1867 – 1930) and Mary Elizabeth Tucker (1860 – 1942).  He was married to Laura May Fuller (1899 – 1979) and their children included Herman Childress Sanders (1919-1984), May Belle Sanders born abourt 1922, M. B. Sanders born about 1924, Rosie May Sanders (1926 – 2007), and Rubie L. Sanders born about 1928.  His WWI Draft Registration described his as tall, stout, with red hair and blue eyes.
Sanders, Emil 7-8-1922 8-21-1974 Per Ronald Wade - Emil Zora Miles Sanders, born in Upshur Co., Texas, the daughter of Howard W Mills (1889 – 1976) and Irene Mable Barton  (1889 – 1955).  She married Herman Childress Sanders (1919-1984).  Their children were Virginia Ann Sanders born 1941 and Herman Ray Sanders.

Their children included Myrtle Melissa Smith (1900 – 1981), Anna Lou Smith (1904 – ), Lila Mae Smith (1905 – 1990), Opal Smith (1909 – ), Leonard Franklin Smith (1911 – 1958), Willard Ardis "Woody" Smith (1914 – 1985), and Reece Aaron Smith (1916 – 1988).  By the 1930 Federal Census he was married to  Mary "Mamie" Spencer (1887 – ) in Anderson Co., Tx.  He died 23 Dec 1937 in Anderson Co., Texas.
