Per Ronald Wade:  Elihu A. Cam Lyle, born in Mulberry, Jackson Co., Georgia, the son of William Crawford Lyle (1819 ? 1864) and Nee Malinda Seymoure (1823 ? 1896).  He was first married to a T.M.A. Lyle born about 1856 Ga. and they had two children according to the 1880 census, a daughter, S. M. Lyle born about 1876 in Ga., and a son, Lewis L. Lyle (1880 Madison Co., Ga. - 1971 Tn., married Susan Pennington 1880-1966).  He also was married to Margret A. Lyle (1854 Ga. -1919 Upshur Co., Tx., buried Grice Cemetery next to her daughter Neoma B. "Oma" Martin Brice (1878-1958).  T.M.A. Lyle and Margret A. Lyle may be the same person but on the 1910 Upshur Co. census Mr. Lyle listed Neoma as his "step-daughter" and she is not shown on the 1880 census data so it appears Margret is a different spouse married previously.  Others state that Neoma is actually Theoma on some records.

An Alice Yeary of the Pine Tree Precinct of Upshur Co., married a J. W. McDonald born about 1872, George H. McDonald born about 1874, Ida M. McDonald born about 1876, and Sally M. McDonald born about 1880.  At the time of the 1860 census he is shown as living in Gilmer, Texas and working as a clerk possibly for a Thomas White, a Grocer, with whom he was living.  During the Civil War enlisted Apr 19 1861 in Marshall, Texas to train under Capt. Samuel J. Richardson, in W. P. Lane's First Texas Partisan Ranger's, 2nd Regiment.  Transferred to full Confederate Army on 23 May 1861.
