GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY


GLADEWATER - Services for Bro. J.W. Best, 90, Gladewater, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Croley Funeral Home, Gladewater, with the Rev. Tim York officiating.

Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park.

Bro. Best died March 14, 2010. He was born Oct. 19, 1919, in Big Springs. He served in the Army and was a retired Baptist minister.

Survivors include his wife, Madge Best; son, Davis Best; daughter, Carol Spencer; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
