Chandler, Mary Carolyn    

GILMER -- Services for Mary Carolyn Chandler, 62, of Gilmer, will be 10 a.m. Friday, September 1, 2006, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel of Gilmer. Mrs. Chandler died August 29, 2006, in Longview. Born December 6, 1943, in Gilmer, she was a homemaker and member of Cherokee Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Stephen "Pete" Chandler; daughters, Tina Robertson and Stephanie Shrewsbury; brothers, Neal Montgomery, Howard Montgomery, Buddy Montgomery, Kenneth Montgomery, and Ronnie Montgomery; and sisters, Helen Decuir, Peggy Arnold, Shirley Hunt, and Becky Mayfield. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
