Carswell, James Edward   	

GILMER - Services for James Edward Carswell, 54, of Gilmer, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, 
October 6, 2007, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, with Brother O.D. Oliver and Brother 
Ricky Rigsby officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park of Gilmer.

Mr. Carswell died Wednesday, October 3, 2007, in Gilmer.

He was born May 2, 1953, in Gilmer, to Everett and Trudy Fuller Carswell. He was a member of 
Gilmer First Baptist Church and a lifetime resident of Gilmer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Carswell.

Mr. Carswell is survived by his mother, Trudy Carswell of Gilmer; brother, Paul Everett Carswell 
of San Antonio; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Danny Shattles of Gilmer; and several 
nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. this evening, October 5, 2007, at Croley Funeral Home.
