GLADEWATER -- Services for Paul Wayne Derrick Sr., 46, of New Diana, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006, at Harleton High School auditorium. Burial will follow in Crockett Cemetery of Harleton. Arrangements are by Dearion & Davis Funeral Parlor. The Rev. Derrick died September 14, 2006. Survivors include his children, Paul Jr. and Nina Derrick; mother, Ella Stephens; father, Dr. Carl Brinkley; and sisters, Marcia Neal, Shirley Newsome, and Sheryl Brinkley. Visitation will be noon-7 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2006, at the funeral parlor.
