Dollar, Evelyn Louise 


GILMER -- Graveside services for Evelyn Louise Dollar, 76, of 
Big Sandy, will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006, at 
Hoover Cemetery in Upshur County, under the direction of Croley 
Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Dollar died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, 
in Big Sandy. Mrs. Dollar was born October 3, 1929, in Fort Worth, 
to James W. and Annie Kelley Henderson. She was a data entry 
supervisor and moved to Big Sandy in 1985. Mrs. Dollar was 
preceded in death by her daughter, Kathryn Shannon. She is 
survived by her husband, Delbert W. Dollar of Big Sandy; son, 
James Shannon of Big Sandy; daughter, Debra Dollar of Big Sandy; 
sister, Ann Bates of Midland; two grandchildren; and four 
great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice 
of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, TX 75701; or Humane 
Society of Gregg County, 303 Enterprise St., Longview, TX 75604. 
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening, July 
21, 2006, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
