GLADEWATER MEMORIAL - UPSHUR COUNTY


Services for Charles Albert Daughdrill, 94, of Gladewater, will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at 2 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jim Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park.

Born on November 13, 1919, in Baskin, Louisiana, he died on Sunday, February 23, 2014. He was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Claudine Daughdrill of Union Grove; one son, Charles Daughdrill, Jr. of Gladewater; two grandchildren, Heather Nicole Fultz and Stacie Renee Hollis; four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Martine Luther and Amelia Butler Daughdrill, and sisters, Cleo Parker and Ann Thornton.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 P.M. on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater
