He was born in Hobbs, N.M. He was an Army veteran.

SURVIVORS: Son, William Taft Davidson of Sparkan (Spokane), Wash.; daughters, Jeanette Armburst (Armbrust), Terry (Kerri) Davidson and Sheri Davidson, all of California; sisters, Margaret Maxie of Mississippi, Barbara Epperson of Odessa and Shirley Sexton of Gilmer; brothers, Tommy Davidson of Gilmer, Mark Attaway and Ray Attaway, both of Odessa; and 10 grandchildren.
